Ingredients
  • 1 box - yellow butter cake mix (dry ingredients only)
  • 4 - large eggs
  • 1 stick - butter, melted
  • 1 pound - powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg - cream cheese, softened
Directions

Mix together cake mix, 2 eggs, and butter.  Spread in a well greased (bottom and sides) 9x13x2 pan. 

Mix remaining ingredients (reserving small amount of powdered sugar) with mixer on medium for 3 minutes.  Pour on top of cake mixture and spread evenly.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.  Cool and sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.  Keep in refrigerator.
