Grandma's Green Chile Chicken Tortilla Casserole

  • 1 pkg - flour tortillas
  • 1 - fryer chicken, boiled and cut in small pieces
  • 1 can - cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can - cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup - chicken broth
  • 1 medium - onion, chopped
  • 1 small can - green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup - grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can - corn, drained
  • 1 can - Rotel tomatoes

Line a 9 x 13 in. baking pan with tortillas.  Mix the cooked chicken, soups, broth, onion, Parmesan cheese, corn, Rotel tomatoes and green chilies together.  Pour half the mixture over the first layer of tortillas.  Place another layer of tortillas on top of this.  Then last half of chicken mixture, and top with a layer of tortillas.  Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all.  Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
