I thought it would be fun if we had more than one of these things going; that way if you were totally clueless about one (which I usually am most of the time LOL) you could keep a check on both.

One:Make the mark smile.

Two:Get the mark to agree with you.

Three:Make the mark feel superior.

Four:Give the mark something.

Five:Get what you want and get out.

It's one of my favorites by Jennifer Crusie. I have it in my keeper pile. I also like  Bet ME  and   Crazy for You.

Ok now it's my turn to come up with a book if I've been following the other game correctly.

1. Book is part of a series

2. Hero and heroine get married because she's pregnant

3. Heroine has an eye disease that is made worse by the pregnancy

Well, I was waiting to give someone else a chance, but since no one has taken it...

This should be a fairly easy one:

"Oh, God."

"What is it," she asked, trying to lift the back of her head from the cushion.

"We've stopped."

It took her a moment to recognize the import of this. If they'd stopped,
that meant they'd most likely reach their destination, which was...

Her home.

"Oh God!" She started yanking at the bodice of her gown with frantic motions. "Can't we just ask the driver to keep going?"

She'd already proven herself a complete wanton. There seemed little harm at
this point in adding "shameless" to her list of behaviors.

The heroine has been in love with the hero for many years.

She has a secret identity.

The man was just too beautiful for any woman's peace of mind.

He stared down at her a long moment. "We've much to do before we leave," he said, releasing her arms. "I'll be but a few moments getting dressed."

He skirted around her and went up the stairs. She turned, bemused, watching him with wide eyes. He hadn't even tried to kiss her, she thought, irritated with him that he hadn't and irritated with herself for being irritated that he hadn't.

skipping ahead climbing the stairs

Holy cow, she thought watching him. With each step he ascended, the muscles in his legs flexed.

Yada yada ogling his behind lol

"Oh!" she gasped suddenly, going rigid with shock.

Had he really done that?

How would she ever get that vision of him out of her mind?

At the top of the stairs the blasted man had dropped his towel!

1. Contemporary

2. Paranormal
