Jeanne , My cousin went to this coupon class ( I know sounds kinda funny) and the lady teaching said there are no coupons on holiday week ends. I never knew that. |

I'm also looking for coupons for Special K Protein Shakes or Bars if anyone has extra of them. I'm hypoglycemic and I've found these are perfect when I need to get my sugar up plus they carry me with the fiber and protein. They're expensive and I hardly ever find coupons for them so if anyone has any to share I would love them!

I am trying to get back into couponing and am looking for the following coupons. I saw a post from someone last week saying they are taking expired coupons to send to a military base where they accept the expired ones. I have quite a bunch, so if you want to PM me your address, I can send them. Thanks! |

Everyone living in the South should try the web site Southern Savers.com it has alot of the coupons for everyone and should give you your local areas best deals to shopping. Plus there is a section there that tells you where to send the coupons you dont use to bases overseas for the military dependents. They can use them up to six weeks after they expire. I sent a whole envelope the Yokota AFB in Japan. Our militay families can use all the help we can give them. I know I was stationed in Japan twice with my spouse for seven years and I used coupons my family sent all the time and left what I didnt use in the basket in the front of the commissary for whoever else needed them. So if you can go to that web site and print out your own coupons plus most of the manufactures have there own web sites that you can prints coupons at. I go to V-8 and get $5.00 off every week plus Gerber baby food for the grand baby. So search the web find the deals. If you have AARP they even have a coupon web site but you have to be a member to get in. Look in all areas I save up to $100 in two weeks on my food bill with my searching. I am looking for these, if anyone has them:Totinos frozen pizzas , or really any frozen pizzas will do, Pillsbury toaster strudels, any for cereal bars and any sort of fruit gushers/fruit rollup type of snack, any type of yogurt coupons, gogurts, splitz yogurts, etc. Thanks!! |

Hi Everyone! My family and I are "adopting" a family for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas. With that being said I was wondering if you all would be interested in sending me coupons that you wont use. The more items I can get the more that we can donate. We are also doing care packages for my brother-in-laws Air Force unit because he has some guys who dont have family to send them anything.
