This was one of the most compelling, interesting, sexy, books I have read in a long time. I loved that Hajar was not perfect, he had scars on his face and body. But was still a very sexy man. Katherine was so strong to have left her country to go live with Hajar. Her country needed him to help run it as her father was ill and her brother was only 16. They formed their marriage for both of their countries. I could not put this book down, it was that good. I loved Katherine and I loved Hajar. I'm so glad that it wasn't that long for them to come together. One of the most heart felt compelling books I have read in a long time. A broken hero who still has so much heart and the heroine who brought it to the surface. Beauty and the Beast in it's true form and one can't help falling for the beast.
