In a medium sauce pan on the stove combine ketchup, jelly, relish, and soup. Stir well over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally until jelly melts. When mixture becomes hot and well mixed seperate the ham and drop into the pot. Stir until well coated and allow to cook until hot. Serve hot with french fries or side dish of your choice on hamburger buns of your choosing. I usually get bakery buns since they're thicker and these tend to be kind of sloppy if you don't have good buns.
