Add ingredients in order listed into bread machine.  Use the dough cycle.  Preheat oven to 100 degrees when the dough is nearly done.  Shape 12 equal portions into patties for hamburger buns or into logs for hot dog buns.  Turn off oven and cover dough with towel and place inside oven and let rise for about 1 hour.  Remove dough from oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Immediately turn down the heat to 375 and bake buns for about 16 minutes.
