ChickLit. Baby sister to a glamerous oldest and a brainy middle, Anne feels that she is always behind the door when anything is being handed out. That's why she isn't going to get involved with older sister's ex, even though she had a major crush on him when she was in high school.

"Wearing hand-me-downs was one thing. Dating one is quite another."

Very fun! There were actual laugh out loud moments. It always surprises me as you are going along reading a book and one simple line strikes you as hysterical and you laugh for the rest of the page. You can't beat that.

I really enjoyed this book. Yes, it's chick-lit but there's a good story there and I enjoyed the character development as well as the twist of sibling rivalry that was not done in a typical or hateful way. It will whisk you away to Santa Barbara and remind you that people & situations are not always what they seem.

The author writes in a quick pace similar to Sophie Kinsella. The book is a fun quick chick read. I will read more from this author anytime I need a general break from the business of life.

Unusual for me but could not finish. Did not care for story at all. Do not like to read about Wishy-washy woman.

This book was great! I can see someone like Anne Hathaway (Devil wears Prada) playing Anne in the movie version...

Predictable chick lit - good beach read.

This book was great--a fun, quick read. It only had a few surprises--for the most part it was pretty predictable--but it made me laugh out loud while I was reading. It almost made it to my "keeper" shelf, but I've been reading SO many good books lately!
