This cold case for Department Q is about a 17 year-old girl, Alberte, who vanished years ago and was found dead hanging high up in a tree on the Danish island of Bornholm. Det. Carl Morck and his assistants, Assad and Rose, discover a strange sun worshipping cult and a skilled manipulator in Sweden and need to stop a string of new murders while trying to find out who murdered Alberte. This is a true and dark historical story with many twists and a surprise ending. I'm looking forward to the next book and highly recommend this one.
