  • 1 bag - shredded hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cans - cream of chicken
  • 1 small container - sour cream
  • 1/2 stick - velveeta cubed
  • 1 stick - butter
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small - onion chopped
Directions

mix together the potatoes,cheese,sour cream and soup.season salt and pepper.spre3ad into baking casserole.slice stick of butter on top.bake covered at 350 1 hour.cheese should be bubbly
