Ingredients

8 oz - carton sour cream

1 can - cream of chicken soup

1 medium - onion, chopped

1 stick - butter or margarine

10-12 oz. - cheddar cheese

2 cups - crushed corn flakes

- salt & pepper to taste

1 large bag - frozen hash brown potatoes
Directions
combine all ingrediants except crushed cornflakes & put into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with a stick of butter & 2 cups crushed corn flakes.

My son says this is a very good recipe.
