I sent out 2 books to two different members. I received both of my quick credits and both members have marked their books as received. The problem I'm having is that both books are staying up on my account page.I have never had this happen before and not sure what to do about it. It has been about 4-5 days since the members marked received.

Has anyone ever had this happen? Did you have to contact R&R to fix it?

I've never had it happen, but I think that this is a problem you'll need to contact R&R for. I don't know of any way to fix it, based off your description.

If the members marked the books received, your Books I've Mailed  tab should not be showing up on your Main page.  You will have to contact R&R to fix it.

Thanks Jane and June, Guess I better slip them a little note.  The funny thing is I had also sent out about 5 other books around the same time and when they were marked received they disappeared from my main page. Only these 2 remain. Weird!

Grrrrrrrr! New problem. I tried to contact them by the link on the bottom where it says contact us.It talke me to that page but when I click on their email link all it does is take me to the Help Doc page. What do I do now? Is there another way to contact them?

Anna, just click on the "feedback" link and go from there. It has options to describe your issue.

Anna, did the requestors tell you they marked the books received, or did you just get emails about the books?  If just emails, are you sure they said the books were received?  I use PBS-DC and I always get 2 emails: one when i get the credit, and the second one when the book is received.   The first email says "you will get another email when the book is received" or something like that.

I was thinking also that maybe the DC log says the books have been delivered, but that the requestors haven't actually marked them received yet...

LOL... Liese that is what happened. I feel like a big dummy! After I got my reply back from R&R I went back and checked my email and yes it was saying that I was receiving a credit for the books. Not that  the books have been received by the members. It also  said  that I would get another email when the member marks it received.

Thats what I get for not reading the whole thing....lol  I had just seen the names of the books and assumed it was telling me that the book had been received. I think because I was used to just receiving the one email telling me that.. I used to stamp all my books and go to PO.  Now I just started using the pre-paid postage with DC. So now I know you get 2 emails. Now you also get your credit as soon as you mark mailed book. So cool!
