This is a light weight story, written almost like a fairy tale. Banerjee's writing style, though, is not light weight, but enjoyable and very easy to read. I did not want to put this down. If you have been a book lover your entire life, as many of us have, there are so many enjoyable details in this story. If I can go anywhere for an hour, it is a bookstore and I only wish that the one profiled in this book was real.

I was a bit uncertain what I was going to get from this book. I was pleasantly surprise. A young woman was asked by her grandmother to come and mind her bookstore and home while she went on a quest back in her own country. While doing so the young woman discovered a talent that she and her grandmother had in common. So as to keep from spoiling the adventure I will tell no more.
I will however highly recommend reading it.
