Heart scorned by words of trust and love
Soul thrown about
Taken as a piece of ass
Stomped on beaten to a pulp
Only wanting to be loved
Wanting to find the one jewel
The black pearl that is in its rarity
Still minds wander
Thinking pondering ones heart fate
Not wanting to be vulnerable to pain
Running scared from what may bring pain
Nervous bout giving ones heart into another hands
It may be crumbled to pieces
May be whipped with verbal abuse
Not wanting the risk
Playing Russian roulette with a soul already riddles with bullet holes
The survey up in ones main bodily function
To stay and take the sacrifice of yet another heartbreak
This never fully heals
Or to leave before pain is inflicted
But then always have the questions of “what if” and “why”
Running circles round and round in ones head
Only to ask Allah
What Should I do?
