Tell me your thoughts on Heather Graham. I've collected nearly all of her thrillers/paranormals without reading them. I have a habit of doing that. So I tried to read most of Hurricane Bay and just couldn't finish it. It was cliched and I figured out the "bad guy" right off the bat. Are they all like this? I'm wondering if I will like any of them.

I swore years ago I would never read her romances again. I haven't read her thrillers but I have collected all the vampire ones. Haven't gotten up the courage to read them yet. I would also like to know if they are any good or if it would be a waste of time!

Oh actually the ones I have are under the name Shannon Drake, who is the same person.

I too have almost all of her paranormals but have never read one.... sad, right?  Hopefully someone can answer your question for us all, LOL!

So far I'm beginning to think there are more of us that have just "collected" her books as opposed to having actually read them! lol Someone??

I LOVE her suspense/mystery novels.  I find them very well-written with good, believable characters.  (The characters are IT for me - an author can get away with a lot as long as her characters are well-developed and act believably, imo.)

However, I too have yet to read any of her paranormals.  I just found my way to the land of hoof and fang via Twilight (yes, another one, though seriously NOT a fangirl) and I'm just exploring all the wonderful paranormal "stuff."  I feel as though I am several YEARS behind ... oh, wait, that's cuz I am!!

I love her older historical romances but after trying to read 3 of her paranormal ones , I gave up on them. They aren't very good.

I've read most of her suspense books and liked them well enough, and I've also read some of her ghost paranormals--not the ones written as Shannon Drake--and liked them more. My favorites were Haunted, Ghost Walk, The Dead Room and The Death Dealer.
