OK - I have this cross posted with the paranormal forum. I really want to know what others think:

Tell me your thoughts on Heather Graham. I've collected nearly all of her thrillers/paranormals without reading them. I have a habit of doing that. So I tried to read most of Hurricane Bay and just couldn't finish it. It was cliched and I figured out the "bad guy" right off the bat. Are they all like this? I'm wondering if I will like any of them.

I've read most of her thrillers throughout the years and she's definitely hit or miss. Hurricane Bay is, IMO, one of the worst. I'm also not a big fan of the Island, the Vision, Blood Red, or the Seance--they've long since been sent off to the used book store.

I think that The Dead Room, the Flynn Brothers Trilogy (Deadly Gift, Deadly Harvest and Deadly Something-or-the-other), and Dead on the Dance Floor were among her better efforts.

Thanks! You've given me a place to start purging, which I really need to do. I do have the Flynn Brothers trilogy so I'll hang on to those.

Well, I have all the ones you mentioned ... so maybe I'll post the ones you didn't like and hang on to the ones you did. Sounds like you thought Hurricane Bay was as bad as I did so I'm figuring I'll agree with you on the others. I just like really solid thrillers and those were not solid thrillers!

Thanks!
