Second book in the Three Sisters Island Trilogy--

This book centers on Ripley Todd, the sheriff's deputy on Three Sisters Island, who is also a witch decended from the women who created the island as a safe haven during the Salem Witch Trials. Ripley must learn to accept the power she has inside, and figure out what to do about Dr. MacAllister Booke, a paranormal researcher who is investigating the legend of the Three Sisters and their modern ancestors.

I couldn't pick up this one fast enough after reading the first book of the series "Dance on Air." I had really high expectations, and they weren't disappointed. Just as good as the first book. Suspense, romance, and a little magic, all in one well-written package.

In this second book of the Three Sisters Island trilogy Deputy Todd learns to accept herself and her gift which I believe relates to most folks throughout their lives, fantastic fiction not withstanding. Reading 'between the lines' can be enlightening.

I would prefer a book not in large print but is part of a triology...what happens next? This book is great alone or to bring the story to a close.
