I liked this book because it involved the supernatural and was told in a way that made the character likeable, even if she had flaws.
It plays on peoples fear of the occult and uses it to give you small scare. Not a fantastic book but if you like to read a it's ok
"Peggy Reardon was the most unpopular girl in school. Her classmates taunted her about her looks, her weight, and her clumsy behavior. But Peggy had a talent hidden under her unattractive exterior -- she could communicate with forces from beyond. Aided by a Ouija board, Peggy found she could open up a whole new world for herself. The spirits didn't care if she was fat or ugly -- they seemed so nice, so friendly. At first. But the more she delved into the unknown, the more harrowing the results. And soon people began to die -- victims of Peggy's new-found power and the incarnate evil of the Hell Board."
