As an insider to the Bikram Yoga world I found this book to be interesting and fairly accurate. It goes into detail about some things that aren't even mentioned at the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training but that we all wonder about. It has inspired me to work more on my personal practice and also to branch out and try other forms of yoga rather than just practicing the Bishnu Ghosh lineage.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of in this book was that the ending seemed rushed and left me feeling like there should be another chapter. Of course, that might be due to the fact that I read it in 4 days...
