I have been a member for quite sometime.  I have just received a book that was listed as "lost in the mail"  It came today.  I went on the PBS website and followed all the directions, ie..  Transaction archive, books requested by me,  by title, decending.  I found the book listed, but when I clicked on the "was book received" section, instead of bringing up the page to mark it received with the other details such as wrapper used date posted, postage amount etc.. all that came up was a pink shaded long oblong empty area, above the book listed as being lost, and nothing else. I was not able to access the page needed to update the information so that the sender can get her credit and 1 of mine removed.  I looked through all the help sections to no avail.  I also tried the "live help" but all that person told me was that I need to mark the book as having been received.  I already know this, but the problem is, HOW DO I DO IT, when my page isn't working.  I have tried logging out and then logging back in, that didn't help either.  Please, please, please is there anyone who can tell me what I need to do?

All I can think of is to send feedback.  It sounds like a glitch to me.  Then again, I'm not that computer savvy.  Good luck!

Or perhaps it shows up that way if the person who sent the book is no longer a member, so those stats like when the book was sent, type of wrapper, etc. don't matter? I don't know, that's the only thing I can think of. It's been a long, long time since I had a lost book show up late, so haven't had that experience since the website was changed a few months ago.

I would try to go to the members bookshelf or try to send them a PM, they may not be a member anymore.

Also, I would clear all cookies, temporary internet files and do a hard refresh.

Check that you are using the current browser version. Maybe try a different computer if you can.

I had the same glitch and could not get it to work.  I ended up PMing the person to let them know I was buddying them a credit for the book.
