Okay, I know this sounds goofy.  Yesterday I  was looking over someone's WL because she mentioned it on one of the deal threads, and I checked to see if I had any of the books she was looking for.  I didn't, but I was really interested in making note of a couple of books on her list that I wasn't aware of (since I'm so in need of more books!)  Then I got interrupted and lost track of the list.  I spent quite a bit of time trying to find it last night with no success.  So, maybe someone will recognize her list.  Only problem is--I'm not quite sure how to describe it.  A lot of the books on it, IIRC, had to do with home businesses and home offices.  I know this is a long shot but I'd really like to find this WL.

Also, if anyone could give me a pointer to the Random Acts of Kindness thread, I'd appreciate it.

As for your elusive wishlist, I think you need to try the "search forums" button. Put in all the words you can remember from that post and if you are lucky, it will come up near the top. Be sure you limit it to within the last week. I tried a search just to see, but EVERYONE mentions the word "wishlist"! :) If you have some other words, like the title of a book that was mentioned in the thread somewhere, you will have better luck.

Thanks for your help!  The link indeed took me to the kindness thread.

And thanks for pointing out the "search forums" button!  One of those things that I just never noticed somehow, so I'm glad to know about it.  Unfortunately, the reference to the WL was in the sig line or some other part of the message, and I can't remember anything that might make it stand out.  But I just tried a quick search on "wish list" and see that I can identify threads that I was reading yesterday.  When I have a bit more time, I can go through the results--maybe I can locate it that way.
