There's a TT Blaze by Jennifer LaBrecque called Highland Fling.  Apparently its part of a series called "Perfect Timing" but I can't seem to find out which books are in the series.  Anybody know where I can find out?  I've checked eharlequin and they're no help.

I found this info on the website theeroticreader.com:

Perfect Timing Miniseries:

Hidden Obsession by Joanne Rock  - Blaze #256

Highland Fling

Scandal by Julie Kistler - Blaze #268

It also has Perfect Timing by Julie Kenner, Nancy Warren and Jo Leigh listed as possibly related.  This is a Harlequin Signature Select book.

Lisa, have you read anne stuart's other 'ice' books? black ice and cold as ice? the characters from one go to the next..the man in blue ice I think is introduded in cold as ice and teh man in cold as ice was in black ice and makes an appearance in cold as ice...I still have the blue one to read...

kay hooper writes some 'scarier' stuff if that's the part you like but not sure how much romance is in there's a shadows series of 3 books and some other that go more towards suspense..

I guess it depends on what you liked about those..I've only read the other 2 ice ones by stuart and edge of fear and the toher 2 that go with it are in my tbr pile..she has a t-flac series (adair) and there's some other romantic suspens/action in my tbr pile-a series by gennita low, and cindy gerard as a bodyguard series I've heard good stuff about. I like jayne ann krentz too and her later stuff gets more towards not sure what to call it'psychic?' a bit?

I think Edge of Fear was actually part of a trilogy - all starting with "Edge."

There's a bit of female protagonist suspense on my shelf.  I'd recommend "Played" and "Taken" by Barbara Freethy.   You might like Catherine Coulter's FBI series also.

Sherri, I loved that series. Hidden Obsession was my fav.

Lisa, you also might want to look as Julie Garwood's modern series. Most are FBI or Secert Servce.  I also loved JoAnn Ross' book avout the firfighters. Blaze is the name of it.  It is on my shelf if you want to read about it.

I agree Susanne on Cindy Gerard and the Bodygard series. There were Awsome!

My fav Sandra Browns were Envy, White Heat and Where there is Smoke.

Julie Garwood has a modern series?? whoa! learn something every day LOL!

I enjoyed kathryn shay's 'promises to keep' but they weren't really 'bad boys' but still really enjoyed the book. I think there are 2 related to it that came next.someone posted about one and seems like there was one between the one I read and the one she'd read...

Hey Susanna,

I loved the Garwood Series. Most of them are brothers and they are FBI and Justice Dept.  I really ehjoyed the books and could not wait for the last one. (I even paid full price for the heardback) I had to read Noah's story.  They are even conected to some of here Historical books.

1-Heartbreaker
2-Mercy
3-Killjoy
4-Murder List
5-Slow Burn
6-Shadow Dance
