This is one of my favorite books of all time. I loved it so much that I read it twice, back to back. Julie Richman is a talented writer. Not many writers can pull of writing a story that pulls you from past to present so easily and effortlessly without confusing the reader.

I've read all her books from this series so far and I haven't been disappointed. I just cant put her books down. Henry is a proud gay man living out of the closet. Upon meeting an intriguing and mysterious man at a club his fantasies of being dominated are suddenly full filled. Not since the age of 9 (yes, I said 9) has he been so completely obsessed and dominated by another man. Unfortunately not all is at it seems and he soon finds himself in a nightmare unable to breath.

It takes real friends to find the love of his life and truly be happy, but happiness does't always last even when your a good man.......

When I read this book I laughed at Henry's exploits and was horrified at some outcomes. I cried like a baby and smiled for many parts of this book. Julie Richman is a writer I will be watching closely and I hope to see many more books that are written with as much thought and care as this one.
