I read the chapter "It's Time to Save Some Lives." It has good descriptions of the dangerous weather conditions, i.e. high water, wind, debris, etc. and of the extraordinary efforts made by the servicemen to rescue people.
But Bobbie Jean Moreau and her family were in the soup because they refused to evacuate. Dumkopfs that caused others to risk their lives. No maps, index, pictures, drawings, suggestions for further reading--this is just Mr. Zullo cranking out another book quickly.
