This is the first book I have read by Corbit and I loved it. It is about forgiveness and trust and moving forward. Hannah, the daughter of a pastor, comes face to face with her past when Todd McBride shows up. Todd, a friend from her teen years, left her almost 5 years earlier to pursue an education and adventure... and when he left, he had no idea Hannah was carrying his child. They each need to forgive each other and themselves for unwise decisions, secrets and crushed emotions. This is a sweet book about reconciliation and how God can take us beyond to a fresh and new place.
