This book is great for figuring out where people are 'coming from.' It helps to understand the 'why' of how people act and how to mitigate bad behavior. You can't fix everyone but you can help some people improve themselves. I don't have employees so I can't comment on how well the suggestions work in the workplace but I do interact with people (who doesn't) and this book helps me understand them better.
