I really love this story. The setting is wonderfulâsmall town, Alaska. I feel like I could just move right into Owl Creek and be at home. I love all the characters, both primary and secondary. My favorite character is Isabelle. I can't even imagine how difficult her life is and her courage is amazing. What I like best of all is the faith aspect of this novel. Isabelle, and Connor to a less extent, have a strong faith in God and they are attuned to His leading. I love that about them. I highly recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a good romance with a bit of suspense thrown in.
