  Hiding in the Corner

I’m hiding in the corner,
I’m just an average girl
I’ve seen my share of trouble
Now I’m hiding from the world.

I’m hiding in the corner,
In the shadows of the room
This place is like a trap for me
It’s like an empty tomb.

I’m hiding in the corner,
I am hiding from the pain.
As I listen closely I can hear
The thunder and the rain

I’m hiding in the corner,
As just an average girl
And I’m hiding in the corner,
Hiding from the world.
