In this remarkable sequel to Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, Philip Yancey and Dr. Paul Brand capture the exciting discovery that the Creator continues to dwell in and among his people. In His Image looks more closely at this mystery with a second biological exploration into that most marvelous of miracles, the human body. "The authors have succeeded in a difficult task and have produced an unusual medical, biologic, and spiritual work A great appreciation of the human body, life, and belief in God fills this book." --Joseph E. Murray, M.D., Nobel Laureate, The New England Journal of Medicine

Dr. Paul Brand, a world renowned surgeon and leprosy specialist, joins with author Philip Yancey to show how accurately the human body portrays the Body of Christ. If you love medicine and God you will really enjoy this book.

This book (along with its companion, Fearfully & Wonderfully Made) is a wonderful, powerful, well-written testimony of our undeniable authorship by the Great Creator. It has two bright threads: the wonder of mankind created "in His image," & the grace of a life lived under His authority (Paul Brand's). I have read & re-read these books, & I never tire of them!

Great book about how our bodies are truly made in God's image. Paul Brand was a world renowned expert on leprosy.
