can anyone recommend any good historical fiction revolving around pirates. I am almost done with Kingston by Starlight (the story of Ann Bonn and Calico Jack Rackman) and I'm need need more pirates. (I've always had a thing for them)

Here are some off the top of my head:

The Wild Irish: A Novel of Elizabeth I and the Pirate O'Malley

Grania: She King of the Irish Seas

Bloody Jack and its sequels are a young-adult series about a girl who joins a pirate crew dressed as a boy.

Pirates is another young-adult novel about a merchant's daughter and slave who become pirates.

It looks as though I have a thing for girl pirates!

Seawitch by Helen Hollick

I haven't read this one yet, but I will eventually. I loved Hollick's other books, so I'm sure this one will be good too.

I love just about any kind of historical sea adventure stories. Do you know how to browse the listed books for sea adventures?

Go to Search -> All books-> Browse by genre->Literature & Fiction-> Genre Fiction-> Click Go, and then choose sea adventures from the drop down menu.

This book isn't so much about pirates but life on the sea.  It's called "Ahab's Wife".  I'm a third of the way through and it's pretty good.

"Treasure Island" is a classic that shouldn't be missed.
