prepare potatoes and onions.seperate slices.pull off 4 nice size pieces of foil big enough to make a pouch.layer potaoes and onions in each pouch.put the hamburger steak on top.season with salt pepper and add a pat of butter or oil.close puches well.place in 350 oven or med grill and cook until meat is no longer pink and taters are soft.i serve this with cold pork and beans
