I have received many spa books from pbs and I have to say that this is a top 5 book. Gives many options for a home spa and recipes that I plan to pick apart to customize my pamper sessions. Worth ordering and I myself would order additional copies for family and friends.

I thought this book was very informative about how to care for your skin using natural products. I used the olive oil/sugar exfoliant recipe and it worked great.
Its okay. A few great ideas but the fact that it was written in the Uk the language is a little wierd
