Pretty, young Elsie Hathaway had received every honor imaginable. But on an errand home, she realized that there was much more to accomplish. Her father had fallen on bad times, her two brothers desperately needed her guidance, and she yearned for the respect of a doubting young man who eyed her every move.
This story was so fast moving, I could not put it down. I could not wait for the two honor students to meet and see each other for who they really were. Wonderful sensitive story. Very uplifting and soul searching.
