Because I love hot foods, I was excited to find this book still available. However, the author (obviously eclectic in her dining options) offered too many foods with wild ingredients (ingredients not commonly found in the American pantry). Also, I like to have a photo to see what the finished product looks like. The wonderful photos might (or might not) be of the recipe being explained. Overall score = G+.
