Sensual, sexy, erotic contemporary romance. Is it lust, or love?
Whatever it is, it hit them both hard & fast!

Chloe Chisholm, pink-haired graphic designer and small-business owner, meets drop-dead gorgeous Rocco Vinelli in the elevator and sparks fly. After a weekend in each other's arms and various multiple-orgasm-producing positions, they are definitely "in-lust" with each other. The problem is that Amy, Rocco's financier's daughter, wants to be engaged to him, and he has to untangle himself from her clutches without losing her father's money while sorting out whether he is actually in love with Chloe. While waiting for this epiphany, Chloe consoles herself with the local bartender, who does not make the earth move for her, thus reinforcing Rocco's appeal. She also tries to be interested in the ill-fated and predictable love affairs of her two best friends while being consoled by her crazy aunt Gracie. All works out as Johnson overcomes a silly premise and two-dimensional, if sexually acrobatic, characters to present an entertainingly conveyed tale rich in lovingly described sex scenes.

Rocco was supposed to be just a one-night stand. But Mr Oh-So-Very-Tall-Dark-&-Handsome is much more than Chloe ever expected. And now he's pretty much ruined her for being satisfied with any other male on the planet. Rocco also has a 'girlfriend' Amy-who claims to be his fiance. Amy may be a spoiled little rich girl but since her father has financed Rocco's business, he cannot afford to make her unhappy. The problem is, he just can't seem to keep his thoughts-much less his hands-off of the tough-as-nails Chloe. Steamy-hot from the beginning.

I enjoyed this book. Susan Johnson's writing is good but can take getting used to. She doesn't throw in a ton of background information. She tends to jump right in to the story and runs with it. Her novels are usually pretty fast paced and full of more dialogue than info. This story was really good. I love the characters. Sometimes there is too much "random" sex with strangers in her books, but that lends itself to the storyline of the main characters. All in all this book was a enjoyable read full of laughs and good sex.
