These are fun projects with a lovely Seasonal feel to the book.
All projects (quilt and a pillow) combine piecing and applique.
Winter: snowflakes (these are pieced, then kalidescoped/stack-n-whacked)
Spring: umbrellas, string-pieced baskets
Summer: pinwheel flowers, fireworks
Autumn/Fall: grey sky, brown branches, colored leaves falling.
The photography is great and the instructions clear and complete. A real joy just to read, and certainly to make!
