Don Aslett has a way of opening eyes to all the time we DO have and that we "don't" have -- only because of our own lack of discipline. It was an "ouch" for me, but I did enjoy it and felt challenged to begin using the time I have.
I thought the tips and tricks in this book were useful. The only complaint I have about it is that the author is extremely religious, and he refers to that entirely too often for a time management book and makes assumptions about his readers. If you can ignore that, the information is helpful.
