Outstandingly thoughtful presentation of exactly what the title says. Sometimes the obstacles to harmonious living are so big we can't even recognize them as such - but this book helps. For everyone who's asking themselves "why is is so HARD to just live, to enjoy my life as an adult?" you owe it to yourself to read this. It may not fix everything, but it certainly makes it easier to gracefully accept reality and then rise above it. If only this was common sense!
