This book was not what I expected it to be. Rather than a tell-all of tricks played on hapless customers, this is a how-to guide for waiters desiring to steal from their employers, full of gory details on writing up checks and POS systems. A real yawn for the average restaurant customer.

The information in this book, while laughable, will not give anyone in this computer age, the ability to steal. The printing is 2005 but mostly deals with place that do not have computer systems and willmostly not be able to be used. "The Wagon Wheel" way of re-using chacks and order is inventive but most systems now stop.
