This is a really fun book for a young artist...i have several others on my bookshelf.
I tried to articulate an simple yet challenging first-time art program into a kid's workshop and this book inspired so many little ones I had to request more copies from Scholastic! The children recognized, almost instantly the cartoon characters and empower their self esteem when they too realize they can accurately draw these figures, using their own imaginations to create scenes of their own! Fantastic step-by-step and colorful book!
