This book is great if you want suit or uniform ideas. It isn't so much a drawing book, as it is there just to give you a bit of inspiration when creating costumes. The art style is a bit stiff but the wrinkles and creases and what not look realistic on the clothes. I also like that the different outfits aren't just from one location, but from multiple countries around the world.
