This book is about a boy who wins the lotto but he has a problem because all of his friends want some of his money. It's funny the way the boy's friend's try to trick him to get some of his money.
Billy is sure he can come up with the right numbers to win the lottery. He knows exactly what he's going to do with the prize. But when he does win, it seems that practically eveyone he knows wants some of the money. All the people around him are acting strange. Will Billy have to split his winnings?
