I had two books go lost yesterday, really strange mailed them the same day and they both got lost. I didn't do DC, I really wish I had now, but I've not had any books get lost yet. Guess I will start using DC.

I wanted to pm the people that wanted them just to check in with them, make sure they didn't get them then forget to check received, but I can't find them anywhere in the transaction archives. Where would I go to find them(I already got emails from PBS saying they were lost.)

Thanks!

go to your transaction archive- the books that were missing should have an x through them and a little pm button somewhere on the other side of that.

In your Transaction archive, when you do the search use  the drop down menu select Lost Books and do a search for just your lost books. Then you should see the books and can PM the members from there.

Just an FYI - if you mailed them on the same day to different members, this likely indicates that the books are just slow to get there.  I have had 2 incidents where books "went lost" only to turn up at the destination a week later.  I think it is a good idea to PM just to make sure that the books are, in fact, "lost."  But don't lose hope just yet - they'll probably turn up.
