A couple of months ago I started a BoB trade with another member. The 6 books I sent were marked as received but I've never received the other member's box. I have absolutely no reason to think that they didn't send it, it just got sucked into the USPS "sock void". Still, I'm down 6 books and neither of us have any idea how to fix the situation. Any ideas or suggestions? We've both talked to the PO, I've checked with neighbors to see if it was misdelivered, it was not sent with DC so we don't have a way to see if it is stuck in a BMC somewhere... Thanks! |

If she's willing to split the loss with you, she could give you three credits or three books. |

I've only had 1 BOB go lost on me. I was on the fence about sending it in the first place--he really didn't have anything that I was really interested in--but I was new to BOB--just one of those feelings---and I usually heed "those feelings" cuz they tend to never lead me astray. Anyway the other person got the books I sent them (all I could have easily gotten credits for--not your typical MMP)--he marked my box recieved THEN marked his box sent. I waited. For months. Box never came. I emailed him--so sad, too bad. I didn't like his attitude towards my loss--and I left negative feedback. Still never came. He didn' leave me any feedback---but if he had left me negative I would have just responded with the facts as I knew them. |
