This book is amazingly helpful in terms of exercise to maintain balance. It doesn't matter why you have balance issues (numb feet, age, eye issues), it has safe and helpful exercises for all. One of these books ( I managed to get tow at the same time) is a permanent resident. No other "exercise" book have I kept; most of them are rehashes of whatever you learned from your trainer or at the exercise club. It took a year of wishing, but it was worth it.
