'How to Survive the Loss of a Love' is the most directly helpful book on the subject of loss ever written.
Clear, simple, comforting, inspiring--it gives the reader what he or she needs at each step in the process of recovering from a loss.
It's the kind of book you should hand everyone who's lost a friend, a lover, a mate or a dream.

This book, required reading by my therapist at the time, helped me through divorce and depression. I have held on to it for a long time.

One of my favorite books when I went thru my divorce 15 years ago. So relateable and highly recommended if you lost a love.

I first read this back in the '80's and it is just as relevant today as it was then. It is an excellent book for anyone who has suffered the loss of someone they love. I highly recommend it!
