I borrowed this book from the library. It's very eye opening in regards to dealing with difficult people. I think that if you keep practicing the principles on a daily basis, the easier it will become. I'm very glad I listened to this book! I want to own this book and refer back to it every so often. It's probably a book I will read on an annual basis.
