This is a very fancy recipe book for homemade ice cream and sorbet and other frozen desserts. The book contains a lot of frozen desserts which are not homemade ice cream or sorbet. These are gourmet recipes, very fancy, many are not easy or fast to make, etc. The high quality full color large photographs show desserts that would appear in 4 or 5 star restaurants---it is that fancy! In other words this is not your basic ice cream recipe book.
