On a whaling ship in the Arctic fog, Allan suddenly sees a solid wall of ice looming in front of him. The ship tries to turn - but it is too late.

The force of the collision throws Allan from his lookout point and onto a ledge of the iceberg. In horror he watches as the ship sinks. No one else is saved.

Now Allan is alone, trapped on the iceberg. Without food, without shelter, without any way to keep warm, how can he possibly survive? Based on a true story!
