I liked this book a great deal. The author is very funny as well as informative; I laughed out loud many times. She has lived through the struggle for most of her adult life and understands that usually dieting has nothing to do with hunger (ahhh...wouldn't life be so simple if it were?!). The book is about what worked for her as well as a great deal of helpful information she has researched and learned along the way....about life, family, different kinds of diets, what really works and what doesn't, etc. It was honestly much more helpful and informative than many other books I have read that were supposed to be all about diet and nutrional information....and it was humorous and interesting to read too.
